Job summary

NeuroStar in Malvern, AR is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage QMS documentation and training, ensuring FDA, ISO, QMSR, and MDSAP compliance. You will maintain EDMS, support change control, and serve as SME on document accuracy.

The role collaborates across departments, drives process improvements, and supports audits. A five-year background in regulated industry and MasterControl experience preferred. This is a full-time position with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on document control in a regulated industry.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and FDA regulatory requirements preferred.
• Strong technical writing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of document control processes, including training.
• Maintain revision control and document history.
• Provide SME guidance on document creation and proofreading.
• Implement streamlined document workflows.
• Maintain training materials, records, and metrics.
• Support external inspections and audits.
• Drive Change Control to completion with metrics.
