Saint-Gobain’s Wayne site seeks a Quality & Environmental Systems professional to shape and manage our QMS/EMS programs. You will identify risks, mitigate them, and reinforce processes to drive operational excellence while leading improvement projects to modernize documentation and data collection.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree, 2 years manufacturing/PM experience, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a passion for digital technology and strong communication skills

In this highly visible role, reporting to the Quality Systems Leader, you will identify and mitigate quality risks, protect employees and customers, and strengthen the processes that support operational excellence.

You will also lead meaningful improvement projects—simplifying legacy QMS documentation, advancing digital data collection, and building efficient electronic record-retention systems.

Benefits in joining us

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $23.00 to $32.28 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $50,200.00 TTC to $70,400.00 TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:

• Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)
