Job summary

Bridgecrest Credit Company, LLC is seeking an organized documents specialist to manage the receipt, tracking, and release of title documents for DriveTime and third parties. You will work closely with internal teams to keep title records accurate and compliant.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and timely processing to support loan closures and customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet SLAs.
  • Experience with MS Office and data entry is preferred.
  • 1 year of admin or data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle receipt, maintenance, and release of title documents.
  • Verify and service titles and distribute to correct departments.
  • Update account information related to document movement.
  • Complete tasks to avoid lien loss and meet SLAs.
  • Maintain on-site and off-site document storage.
  • Communicate with DMV, title vendors, customers and third parties.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Support other duties as assigned.

What’s Under the Hood DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers. That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for the receipt, maintenance, and the release of original title, contracts, and title applications for DriveTime and all 3rd party entities.
  • Verify and service titles, distribute documents to correct departments, and ultimately the return of the documents to the customer or outside vendor at the time the loan is completed
  • Review and update account information as it pertains to actions taken surrounding document movement
  • Complete tasks on assigned accounts in a timely manner to avoid lien loss, provide excellent customer service and adhere to SLAs
  • Maintain on-site and off-site document storage
  • Ensure guidelines for securitization are consistently being met
  • Shipping and tracking of documents
  • Contact with outside parties to gain supporting information for title inquiries
  • Conduct phone and/or email conversations directly with DMV, title vendors, customers, and other third parties as applicable
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook and Word; data entry experience is preferred
  • 1 year of professional experience including administrative, data entry, customer service, sales and/or retail industry; financial services or titles experience preferred
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business or related field may be used as a proxy for experience
