Job summary

Web Business Solutions is seeking an Editor/Technical Writer to support MOCTT documentation efforts at Quantico, VA. The role involves reviewing and editing complex Marine Corps doctrinal documents, drafting executive summaries, and producing polished materials for government submission.

Qualifications include a National NACLC/T3 PSI, MOS Master certification, and knowledge of the Navy/MC correspondence manual.

Qualifications

Must be able to review and edit complex documents accurately.
MOS Master certification is required.
Knowledge of Navy/Marine Corps Correspondence Manual preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and edit documents and briefs before submission to PM and Government representatives.
Review, document, author and recommend changes for C2-related publications and training materials.
Produce and format draft and final documents supporting MOCTT assessments and after action reviews.
Draft executive summaries and comments on Joint and Marine Corps doctrinal documents and concepts.
Maintain master files of MOCTT pamphlets, COC materials, and lesson plans.
Follow USMC writing and reproduction guidelines and the Writer’s Guide.
Assist in managing assignments per MSTP SOPs and Pamphlet Standing Operating Procedures.
Develop and edit doctrinal publications and training materials for COC training.
Produce digital products using Office 365: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
