Job summary

Coast Physical Medicine Inc. seeks an experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join as a part-time clinician (2-3 days per week). You will work with chiropractors and clinical team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation through exercise, manual therapy and advanced treatments.

Compensation is $55-65/hour; W-2 employment with PTO and 401(k). Flexible weekday schedule; positions available in Fountain Valley and Whittier, CA.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and an active California PT license.
• Minimum two years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Spanish language skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and progress individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Utilize advanced treatment technology (Class IV Laser Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Decompression training provided).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver exceptional patient care.

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Active California Physical Therapy License

Two+ years outpatient orthopedic experience

Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills

Excellent communication and documentation

Join the Coast Physical Medicine Team

Coast Physical Medicine is seeking an experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice. This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week) with opportunities for additional hours as our practice continues to expand.

You’ll work alongside chiropractors and an experienced clinical team to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and advanced treatment technology.
