Proprioceptive Solutions LLC in La Jolla, CA is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our growing team. The role offers a hands-on clinical environment focused on proprioception-focused rehabilitation and evidence-based care.

You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible California Physical Therapy license.
• Experience with proprioceptive training, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement-related conditions.
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture and support continuous quality improvement.
