Role Description

The Doctor of Physical Therapy will provide direct patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and development of customized treatment plans for individuals with orthopedic, neurological, and balance-related conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive physical assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, documenting clinical findings, and tracking patient progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, requiring consistent presence in the clinic to support hands-on rehabilitation and balance therapy services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
• Strong Patient Care skills with a focus on safety, education, and compassionate, individualized treatment.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine as it relates to movement science, functional anatomy, and clinical decision-making.
• Experience or training in Orthopedics, including management of musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid Ohio physical therapy license (or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience with balance and vestibular rehabilitation is preferred.
