Contract-to-Hire

Hiring a DOCSIS Technical Lead to own test planning, interoperability, and performance validation across DOCSIS networks. You will collaborate with CMTS vendors and chipset providers to ensure stable and high-performance deployments.

• Design and execute DOCSIS test plans (performance, stability, features)
• Troubleshoot complex issues using logs, packet captures & telemetry
• Work closely with chipset vendors (Broadcom, MaxLinear, etc.)
• Support field issue reproduction and customer deployments

Must have DOCSIS 3.1 expertise, strong networking fundamentals, and Linux debugging experience.
