Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Documentation Operations Specialist (DocOps) to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows to transform technical documentation production, management, and delivery. This role intersects Documentation, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence—perfect for someone passionate about automation, content quality, and scalable systems.

1. Architect and implement AI/ML-powered solutions (e.g., generative AI, NLP, LLMs) to enhance content creation, review, and maintenance processes.
2. Build pipelines integrating with CI/CD systems and documentation platforms (e.g., Markdown, Docusaurus, ReadTheDocs, Confluence).
3. Collaborate with technical writers, engineers, and product managers to identify automation and AI augmentation opportunities.
4. Develop and maintain custom tools and scripts (e.g., prompt templates, content validators, auto-summarizers, translation/localization bots).
5. Design AI-based quality assurance systems to detect inconsistencies, outdated content, or missing documentation.
6. Implement structured content practices (e.g., MDX, YAML-based configs).
7. Stay updated on AI trends and evaluate new technologies or APIs beneficial for the documentation toolchain.
8. Educate teams on AI-assisted authoring and maintain internal tools documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in DocOps, DevOps, or technical documentation roles.
• Experience with LLMs and AI/ML platforms.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and systems (e.g., Git, static site generators, API documentation).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, MCP systems.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable to changing requirements and new domains.
• Self-motivated learner and problem solver.
