Job summary

A. Duie Pyle in Baltimore, MD is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker to load and unload freight from trailers using forklift or pallet jack and to verify related documentation. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay starts at $23.55/hour plus a $0.70 shift differential, increasing to $29.05/hour after 12 months, with overtime after 40 hours. Includes weekly pay, vacation, holidays, health benefits, 401(k) with match, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
• Utilizing document management system to track freight shipment locations throughout the terminal.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.

Job description

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This role is responsible for safely transporting freight on and off trailers, and verifying related documentation via the electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.
