RXO Inc. is seeking a reliable dockworker for our Hebron, Kentucky facility. The role involves loading and unloading freight, organizing the dock, and ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.

You will work with dispatchers and drivers to maintain efficient shipments and uphold safety standards. The position requires the ability to operate manual and powered equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trailers using manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Sort and organize freight in the dock area according to destination or shipment priority.
• Inspect freight for damage, verify labeling and documentation and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and safe dock environment.
• Ensure proper handling and securement of freight to prevent damage during transit.
• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of shipments.
