We’re creating a relaxed yet energetic vibe where guests can unwind, enjoy great company, and sip on expertly crafted cocktails while watching the sunset. We’re looking for a passionate and lively Bartender to join our team and help launch this exciting new venture. As the first face many guests will meet, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience. If you love working by the water, shaking up delicious drinks, and engaging with people in a fun, vibrant environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

All bartenders are required to follow established guidelines, procedures, and policies for beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards and strictly adhere to state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated individuals. You will interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credit charges following company policies. Additionally, you will maintain inventory control, initiate liquor requisitions, and ensure established pars are maintained.

Pay Range

$10 per hour

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (additional coursework or training in bartending preferred)
  • At least one year of experience in a high-volume bar
  • Experience handling money and operating POS and credit/debit card systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Physical stamina to work full shifts (standing, walking, lifting medium to heavy objects, reaching, bending)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper setup of the bar daily by requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies
  • Greet customers warmly and helpfully
  • Prepare and present drinks using standard recipes and prudent portion control
  • Operate POS system and other software
  • Keep work areas clean and equipment properly stored
  • Restock supplies and take inventory as needed
  • Provide high-quality service at all times
  • Stay current on emergency procedures and act accordingly
  • Wear proper uniform and name tag according to standards
  • Attend department meetings
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Fluent in English, with good communication, time management, and professional appearance
