• Communicate special instructions to all crew and ensure safety of all team members.
• Must be flexible and able to work any shift.
• This is a full time outside job in all weather conditions.
• Operate with SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT as top priorities.

• Understand Watco Transload and Intermodal safety rules and regulations.
• Learn from directions, observations and mistakes and apply procedures with good judgement.
• Perform structural inspections as required.
• Prepare equipment for product transfer.
• Complete all applicable documentation, inspections and recordkeeping.
• Pass safety training and required testing.
• Operate ladders to access barges and work near water.
• Pass training and required testing.
