Workman Nydegger PC in Salt Lake City is seeking an IP Docketing Specialist to manage daily docketing of US and foreign deadlines, intake of new matters, and transfers. This role supports the IP docketing process and requires precise file management and collaboration with attorneys.
Responsibilities include performing conflict checks, staying current on IP rules, and coordinating with the Docketing Administrator on special projects.
The IP Docketing Specialist will be responsible for daily docketing of US and foreign deadlines, conflicts checking, intake of new matters, transfers of matters and special projects.
