Fish & Richardson P.C., the premier global intellectual property law firm, is seeking a Docketing Specialist to join The Hub, our remote-first group. This role supports reviewing and processing USPTO and foreign patent documents in the docketing system, with quarterly in-office meetings.

You will handle large volumes with high accuracy, monitor deadlines, and provide quality control. The position requires 3+ years of IP docketing experience and familiarity with patent processes; FoundationIP is

Qualifications

• 3+ years US and/or Foreign IP patent docketing experience is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of docketing of patent processes.
• Ability to identify issues and problems and proactively work to solve them.
• Professional conduct, service-oriented attitude, and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances.
• Experience using FoundationIP is preferred.
• While this role is remote first it does require candidates to be commutable to a Fish office for quarterly team meetings.

Hub employees work primarily from home with no expectation of a regular in-office presence. While this role is remote first it does require candidates to be commutable to a Fish office for quarterly team meetings.

• Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location.
• In Minneapolis, the estimated starting pay is $30.26 - $37.95 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
• In Boston, the estimated starting pay is $32.41 - $40.65 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
