Parker Poe is seeking a Docketing Paralegal to join our Charlotte or Raleigh Office. The role involves maintaining a 37.5 hour work week with potential overtime, reviewing pleadings, entering deadlines, and supporting attorneys with docketing tasks.
Candidates should have at least three years of litigation support experience, knowledge of civil procedure, and proficiency with docketing software (CompuLaw) and MS Office. A paralegal certificate is preferred.

The Docketing Paralegal will maintain a regular schedule of 7.5 hours per day, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Additional hours, including overtime, may be required based on business needs.
