TheDocketClerk willbe responsible forcalendaring court dates, deadlinetrackingand docketing maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.This is an entry-level role designed for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to build a foundation in litigation support and court procedures.The Docket Clerk alsoprovidestimelyreports of response dates on a regular basis andworkson specific projects and research assignments.
Ideal candidate should have a very strong understanding ofthe litigation process as well asFederal, State and Local court rules and procedures, excellent computer skills with knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, and MS Office, including Outlook; excellent oral and written communication skills; exceptional attention to detail; able to work independently as well as with the team; Working well as a team in a congenial office; exceptional organizational skills.Experience with CourtAlert or other docketing programs is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
