Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Groveport, OH, is seeking an equipment operator to move vehicles, trailers and flatbeds to support loading, unloading and yard utilization.

You will ensure safe operations, verify cargo counts, and maintain paperwork while delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience; may substitute for diploma.
• Minimum 6 months related experience.
• Valid state-issued Class C Driver's License; Forklift Certification; Hazmat certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manage loading/unloading freight by hand or with hand truck, pallet jack or forklift; verify cargo counts and documentation.
• Sort cargo by account/location and label freight for destination.
• Move trailers and freight within dock/yard; secure/loading attachments as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and inspect trailers before reuse.
