Job summary

SECO - Southeast Consolidators in Garland, TX is seeking a Cross-Dock Mix Freight Worker to move packages and material within our facilities, sorting mixed freight and creating accurate loads for outbound trailers with precise counts.

You will help maintain a safe, orderly environment, identify damages, report shortages, and comply with policies. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate an air compressor for airbags, and read English paperwork.

Job Purpose

Carefully move packages and material around our facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely sort mixed and floor freight creating accurate loads for outbound trailers while keeping a good count of the goods and paying attention to detail. 2. Performs required administrative tasks, for inbound unloading and outbound loading.


• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.


• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.


• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities.


• Secure freight for transit.


• Being able to operate air compressor for airbag usage.

Required Skills/Qualifications
