DHL in Reno, NV is hiring a Part-time Dockworker to work from 3:30pm to 8:30pm. You will follow DHL guidelines to scan, sort, inspect and process shipments time-sensitive materials in a timely and efficient manner.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service, teamwork, and warehouse or dock experience. The role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and paid time off.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player and able to communicate efficiently.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in dock position.
• Candidate must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Mansioni

• Loading items in designated shipping containers as directed.
• Performing all functions assigned to MPS (Missing Perfect Shipment).
• Loading and unloading containers onto a moving conveyor belt.
• Physically loading containers onto the ramp truck.
• Inspecting vehicles.
• If needed, deliver to one client at night.

We are currently hiring Part Time Dockworker/ from 3:30pm to 8:30pm. As a Dockworker you would follow DHL guidelines, standard company procedures and safety requirements to scan, sort, inspect and process shipments time sensitive materials in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading items in designated shipping containers as directed.
• Performing all functions assigned to MPS (Missing Perfect Shipment).
• Loading and unloading containers onto a moving conveyor belt.
• Physically loading containers onto the ramp truck.
• Inspecting vehicles
• If needed, the candidate will deliver to one client at night time.

• Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
• Must be 21+ years old
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player and able to communicate efficiently.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in dock position.
• Candidate must pass pre-employment background, drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to seventy (70) lbs. occasionally
• Must be able to lift forty (40) lbs. frequently
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly.
• Get in and out of vehicle as many times as needed.
