Dock Workers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers to transport a wide variety of cargo, moving cargo, driving a forklift, or using a pallet jack or other freight handling equipment. They must effectively operate mobile technology and complete all required paperwork.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare various types of freight for transit.
2. Move cargo, operate forklifts, or use pallet jacks and other freight handling equipment.
3. Load and unload trailers for transportation.
4. Operate mobile technology efficiently.
5. Complete all required paperwork accurately.
6. Participate in equipment preventive maintenance programs.
7. Note: Duties and schedules may vary depending on terminal location.

Wages

• Paid according to Teamster Union Scale.
