Trident Seafoods is looking for a Dock Operations Coordinator I in Tacoma, WA. This nonexempt position involves mooring vessels, transporting materials, and ensuring dock functionality.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain forklift and boating safety certifications. The job requires teamwork skills and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

The hourly rate ranges from $21.00 to $23.00, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to become forklift certified within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to become basic boating safety course certified within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Moor vessels to the dock and load, unload, and transport materials.
• Move product and materials by hand or using equipment.
• Connect incoming/departing vessels to docks and shore power.

Basic Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety
