Job summary

Swiss Premium Dairy is seeking a Case Dock Laborer to support dairy manufacturing operations and ensure empty cases are readily available for production schedules. You will move trailers, manage dock area efficiency, and uphold safety and documentation standards.

The role requires teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Training may be provided to meet company GMP and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean equipment in assigned area.
• Move empty cases from truck using milk hook or pallet jack.
• Ensure conveyor tracks are filled with empty cases to prevent production delays.
• Prioritize which truck to empty first based on input from supervisors, yard drivers, or others.
• Keep area clean to reduce trip and slip hazards.
• Document all paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and assist continuous improvement.
• Follow DFA GMP and health and safety regulations.
