Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all employees.
• Plan deliveries using the Inbound Planning Tool.
• Schedule Drivers to meet customer expectations with efficient workloads.
• Communicate with customers and company employees on delivery concerns.
• Enter Customer Pickup Requests and assign Pickups to the appropriate Driver.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to DOT and company policies.
