Job summary

A security services provider based in Austin is seeking experienced full-time security officers/dock masters to join their team. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid Texas level II security license, and at least two years of current security experience. Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting suspicious activities, responding to emergencies, and providing superior customer service. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a valid level II Texas security license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have 2 years of current security experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by enforcing safety and security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities.
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic.
