Job summary

SeniorAge is seeking a Dock Hand for AAA Center in Seymour, MO 65746 in a part-time capacity. The role involves retrieving, transporting, and loading items to and from loading bays, storage areas, and the production center and shipping trailers.

This is a safety-sensitive position with Monday–Wednesday 7:00 am–1:30 pm shifts. Qualifications include completion of tenth grade, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and a food handlers certificate within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a backup meal delivery driver when needed.

Job Location: AAA Center - Seymour, MO 65746, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly, The Dock Hand is responsible for retrieving, transporting, and loading items to and from loading bay, storage areas and production center in and out of shipping trailers. This is a safety sensitive position. Hours will generally be Monday - Wednesday 7:00 am - 1:30 pm.

Pre-Employment Requirements

PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING AND BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION. SENIORAGE COMPLIES WITH THE FEDERAL DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE ACT OF 1988.

Qualifications

• Completion of tenth grade required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, have a good driving record, and be 21 years of age or older. REQUIRED AS THIS POSITION WILL BE A BACK UP MEAL DELIVERY DRIVER ON A PER NEEDED BASIS.
• Food handlers certificate required; must be obtained within first 90 days of employment.

Normal working conditions in a kitchen/dining environment, may be exposed to hazardous conditions such as possible slippery floors, extreme temperatures, hot and cold products, and sharp objects.
