Job summary

Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, is seeking Service Professionals to perform hands-on maintenance and repair of industrial doors, dock equipment, and related systems across North America. You’ll be on the road, diagnosing issues at commercial sites—from warehouses to hospitals—while maintaining safety and OSHA compliance and completing work orders both on paper and digitally.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant field experience preferred.
• Ability to repair doors, loading docks and dock-levelers.
• Welding, steel fabrication, and electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Capable of independent, on-road work with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required.
• Technical school training and OEM certifications are preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; overtime possible.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on troubleshooting, service, inspection, installation and repair of industrial equipment.
• Maintain work orders on paper and digitally.
• Operate a company vehicle to visit customer sites.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
