Job summary

SHIPPING PILOT LLC is seeking a Dock Associate in Strongsville, OH to support inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory management within a fast-paced warehouse. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and location in Strongsville, Ohio.

Responsibilities include receiving, organizing shipments, cycle counting, using the Warehouse Management System, and assisting with loading/unloading.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution center, or similar environment preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory procedures preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to count, verify, and record inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Receiving: Receive and inspect incoming freight and verify quantities against documents in the WMS.
• Outbound Shipment Preparation: Organize freight and prepare Bills of Lading and shipping docs.
• Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and location verification using the WMS.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist with moving freight safely and efficiently.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Special Projects: Collaborate on warehouse reorganizations and process improvements.
