Job summary

Barnabas Center Inc in Fernandina Beach, FL is seeking a Dock Associate to support donation intake and movement to the sales floor. You will load/unload items, greet donors, and help keep the dock and store clean and safe.

The role requires a High School degree or equivalent with one year of experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Hours are full-time with flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers courteously and offer assistance.
• Assist donors with loading and unloading items.
• Maintain backroom and dock cleanliness and safety; remove trash and organize areas.
• Support backroom efforts to move items to the sales floor promptly.
• Assist in placement of items on the sales floor or removal from it.
• Keep sales floors, restrooms, backrooms, and storage areas neat and organized.
• Ensure dock area is organized and free of safety hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.
