Dock and Door Technician Helper

Currently, we are seeking a Dock and Door Technician Helper to support our Chantilly, VA location and surrounding areas. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation, and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:

1. Assist lead technician in the installation and/or repair of overhead door and dock leveling systems.
2. Help resolve issues to customer satisfaction within company policy.
3. Learn troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems related to overhead doors and dock leveling systems.
4. Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts. Wear PPE and fall protection equipment.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (preferred but not required).
• Welding/fabricating experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Clean driving record.
• Customer-focused and dependable with a stable work history.
