Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading global lift truck manufacturer, is looking for knowledgeable customer focused field service technicians to service dock and door equipment across our customer base. This role requires hands-on maintenance, repair, and installation work with a focus on safety and reliability.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, less than two years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.
• Welding.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical school graduate preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Welding experience.
• Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand.

Compensation and Benefits:

Crown offers an excellent wage and benefits package for full-time employees. Current benefits being offered include:

• Competitive Wages. The anticipated starting pay range for the position is $23 to $28 per hour; however,skills and related experience will be taken into consideration,
