Crown is seeking a field-service technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and service dock and door equipment at customer sites. The role involves repairing, installing, and performing planned maintenance to keep systems operational, with welding as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Welding experience and familiarity with lift trucks are preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical school graduate preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Welding experience.
• Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand.
