Position: Dock and Door Lead Technician

We are seeking a Dock and Door Lead Technician to support Western Maryland and surrounding areas. We offer opportunities for growth, competitive compensation, and benefits for individuals seeking a career with a company that maintains a family-oriented environment.

Main Duties:

1. Repair of commercial sectional, rolling steel doors, dock levelers, and truck restraints.
2. Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial doors and dock leveling systems.
3. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems related to commercial doors and dock systems.
4. Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts, using PPE and fall protection equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial overhead steel doors.
• Own tools required for the job.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Compensation:

This hourly position offers a pay range of $20.00/hr. to $35.00/hr., based on experience.
