The Department of Nursing within the Beaver College of HealthSciences was founded in 2007 and offers a pre-licensure BSN, theonline RN to BSN, and MSN programs with a concentration in nursingeducation, and a DNP Family Nurse Practitioner program establishedin 2026. The BSN, RN to BSN, and MSN programs are fully accreditedby the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE); the DNPprogram holds new applicant status with CCNE. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• This posting is for one or more Open Rank (Tenure-Track orClinical Track) Faculty member position(s) - rank to be determinedby the Department of Nursing in conjunction with the Dean of theCollege prior to an offer being made to any candidate.
• The purpose of the position is to provide instruction in theDNP FNP program. This may include teaching in the classroom,clinical settings, simulation, or online. The faculty isresponsible for collaboration with colleagues and students, formaintaining the quality of the academic curriculum throughdevelopment, implementation, and evaluation; contributing toaccreditation work and program evaluation; student recruitment,admissions and progression; and student advisement. As a member ofthe faculty, the individual will be expected to contribute toteaching, practice, scholarship, and service, includingparticipation in official activities of the department, college, anduniversity, among others.
