Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in nurse anesthesia, nursing, or related healthcare discipline (PhD, DNP, or DNAP required).
- Current RN licensure and CRNA certification/recertification in good standing by NBCRNA.
- Experience in nurse anesthesia education and curriculum leadership plus COA standards knowledge.
- Demonstrated success in academic, clinical, or administrative leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of nurse anesthesia education standards and accreditation requirements.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision, academic leadership, and operational oversight for the DNAP Program.
- Advance excellence in teaching, scholarship, clinical education, and professional development.
- Ensure the COA-accredited program remains at the forefront of graduate nurse anesthesia education.
- Serve as a visible leader within the University, the nurse anesthesia profession, and the broader healthcare community.
- Foster clinical and community partnerships and guide program growth and distinction.
