As a full-time, 12-month faculty leader, the DNAP Program Director will provide the strategic vision, academic leadership, and operational oversight necessary to advance a premier nurse anesthesia training program. Qualifications

• A doctoral degree in nurse anesthesia, nursing, or a related healthcare discipline (PhD, DNP, or DNAP required)
• Current RN licensure and CRNA certification/recertification in good standing by the NBCRNA
• Experience in nurse anesthesia education and curriculum leadership. Formal instruction in curriculum, evaluation, and instruction as per COA standards
• Demonstrated success in academic, clinical, or administrative leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of nurse anesthesia education standards and accreditation requirements
• Demonstrated success in academic, clinical, or administrative leadership roles
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to sustain collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners

Prior program leadership experience and a record of innovation in healthcare education are highly desirable.
