Qualifications

• Lead program in compliance with COA Standards and PASBN guidelines.
• Five+ years of CRNA clinical experience.
• Five+ years in administrative, clinical, and didactic activities.
• Certified by NBCRNA.
• Licensed or eligible PA RN/APRN by employment date.

Responsabilités

• Direct the DNAP program administration, governance, and curriculum oversight.
• Lead faculty recruitment, evaluation, and development of clinical affiliations.
• Oversee admissions, interviews, and student progression.
• Mentor students on doctoral projects and scholarly activities.
• Collaborate with clinical partners and university committees for program success.
• Provide reports to Department Chair and stakeholders.
