Job summary

You will supervise daily loan operations activities, from disbursements and payoffs to escrow, reconciliations, and reporting. The role requires SME level DNA knowledge and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Fiserv DNA loan functionality, setup, and processing.
• Proficiency with DNA reporting tools and SQL for validation and ad hoc queries.
• Strong Excel skills for large data reconciliation and analysis.
• Ability to translate loan terms into correct DNA system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the DNA subject matter expert for loan boarding and servicing; primary escalation for DNA loan issues.
• Reviews and validates new loan boarding in DNA against documents and terms before the first billing cycle.
• Diagnoses and fixes boarding and servicing errors at root cause; documents resolutions and remediation.
• Leads remediation of legacy DNA boarding/setup errors and tracks items to closure.
• Maintains DNA setup documentation and coordinates changes with IT under change-control.
• Builds and runs recurring data-integrity checks and reports; resolves exceptions.
• Oversees daily loan operations activities: disbursements, payoffs, escrow, reconciliations, and notices.
• Supports audits and regulatory examinations with DNA data and reports.
