Job summary

Twin Falls County is seeking a Motor Vehicle Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Licensing and Titling at Twin Falls and Buhl, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with laws and procedures while delivering excellent public service.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to guide front-counter operations, manage cash handling, and coordinate with state agencies and other departments across locations.

Qualifications

• Lead, supervise, and train staff in a busy public-service environment.
• Learn, interpret, apply, and explain motor vehicle laws and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy in processing licensing, titling, and Driver’s License functions.
• Manage cash handling, balancing, and accounting procedures accurately.
• Communicate clearly with employees, customers, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Motor Vehicle Licensing and Titling at Twin Falls and Buhl locations.
• Supervise, train, schedule, support, and evaluate staff; participate in hiring.
• Oversee the Buhl hybrid office where multiple functions are performed.
• Ensure staff stay current on laws, regulations, and computer systems.
