Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure delivery, planning, design, or program leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, multidisciplinary teams and complex public infrastructure projects.
  • Established relationships within the Mid-Atlantic public-sector infrastructure market preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior market leader across infrastructure sectors, including transportation, transit, and public works projects.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships with agencies and stakeholders across the Mid-Atlantic.
  • Provide strategic guidance across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical quality and client outcomes.
