Job summary

Success Education Colleges in Riverside, CA, seeks a DMS Program Director to oversee the quality and compliance of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. The role includes supervising instruction, maintaining high certification exam pass rates and placement rates, and ensuring accreditation standards are met.

You will evaluate instructors, teach courses as needed, advise students, and coordinate curriculum and resources across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
• ARDMS Sonography Certification required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and potential weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate instructor performance and provide feedback based on observations, surveys and meetings.
• Teach DMS classes as assigned and serve as a professional role model for students.
• Advise students on grades, attendance and behavior as needed.
• Supervise quality assurance of the DMS program using internal and external tools.
• Ensure compliance with ACCSC standards and all state/federal regulations.
• Plan, evaluate, revise and supervise curriculum implementation.
• Interview and evaluate instructor applicants; provide orientation and training to new instructors.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Placement and the Registrar to support student success.
• Ensure timely completion of student progress/grade reports by instructors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
