Success Education Colleges seeks an experienced administrator to oversee the DMS program, evaluate instructors, and ensure compliance with ACCSC standards. The role includes teaching DMS classes, advising students on grades and attendance, and supervising curriculum and staff.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, ARDMS certification, and at least three years in the field, with strong leadership and communication skills. Evening/weekend flexibility is required.

Mansioni

• With Campus Director, evaluate instructor performance via observations and feedback.
• Teach DMS classes as assigned and model professional conduct.
• Advise students on grades, attendance and behavior.
• Supervise DMS programs for quality assurance using surveys and tools.
• Ensure compliance with ACCSC standards and related regulations.
• Plan, evaluate, and supervise curriculum revisions.
• Oversee instructor selection, orientation and ongoing training.
• Coordinate orientation for new DMS students.
• Interview and evaluate instructor applicants with Corporate Academic Operations.
• Provide training to ongoing instructors on new content and equipment.
• Hold regular department meetings and share minutes and agendas with leadership.
• Interface with Admissions, Financial Aid, Placement, and Registrar.
• Ensure timely completion of student progress/grade reports by instructors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
