Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate instructor performance with campus director and provide feedback.
• Teach DMS classes as assigned and serve as role model for students.
• Advise students on grades, attendance and behavior.
• Ensure quality assurance of DMS programs using internal and external tools.
• Ensure compliance with ACCSC standards and regulations.
• Oversee curriculum revisions and implementation.
• Coordinate orientation for new DMS students.
• Interview and evaluate instructor candidates with campus/corporate directors.
• Train new instructors and provide ongoing content updates.
• Lead department meetings and communicate agendas/minutes.
