Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Implant Equipment Technician in Dallas, TX. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installation of implant equipment.

You will liaise with engineering and manufacturing teams across the fab to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include improving tool performance, data analysis, coordinating supplier service, and documenting findings with recommended solutions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years of semiconductor experience as Technician OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
• Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule.

Minimum requirements:

• High School diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or older
• One of the following:
  • 2 years of semiconductor experience as Technician OR
  • 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience
• Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule

Preferred qualifications:

• Prefer semiconductor experience in Implant
• Self-driven with ability to identify and resolve issues to improve equipment performance
• Good troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems
• Excellent organizational, teaming and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
