Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas is seeking an experienced Diffusion/Implant Process Technician to join our clean room team. You will interface with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues and provide process and product support, ensuring production concerns are addressed and materials dispositioned.

You will perform tests, monitor line operations, and assist process development and engineering with new products, contributing to reliable, high‑quality semiconductor production.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirements: High School diploma/GED.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • 3 years semiconductor experience as Technician OR 8 years non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
  • Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule.
  • Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays.

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Diffusion/Implant Process Technician to join our team supporting one of our clean rooms. This technician will be an invaluable part of the team, interfacing and communicating with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently. Additionally, you will provide process and product support to the organization and address production concerns and disposition of production material.

Minimum requirements

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience as Process Technician in Diffusion/Implant
  • Ability to identify, multi‑task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performance
  • Ability to learn and understand process flow quickly, and support the engineering organization as needed
  • Outstanding organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processesDemonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills
