Protolabs is seeking a Model Finisher to transform 3D printed components into production-ready parts. You will perform precision finishing, inspect quality, and ensure orders meet high standards for accuracy.

The role suits hands-on individuals with attention to detail and comfort with advanced manufacturing tech. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality and efficiency across worldwide production.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended periods.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Aufgaben

• Perform finishing processes for additive manufactured parts per procedures and specs.
• Use tools such as calipers, sandpaper, tweezers, clippers, air guns, dremels, drills.
• Review order and part information in the workstation and enter related data.
• Follow and complete all applicable checklists and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Assist in maintenance of machinery/tools and disposal of contaminated materials.
• Identify non-conforming parts and escalate with Leads/Quality.
