To support and link consumers to housing, educational, employment, vocational, spiritual, recreational, medical, and treatment resources; to reduce the numbers of men and women in Middlesex County who struggle with mental illness and/or substance abuse which has or can lead them to homelessness.
Supervised by: Manager of Middlesex Services
Salary Range: $25.50-$27.50 per hour plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8am-4pm. Some early mornings and evenings are required to accommodate outreaching clients in the community.
