Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Dynamic Multi-Asset Strategy (DMAS) team seeks an experienced Equity Portfolio Manager to contribute to equity allocations, identify high-conviction ideas, and translate insights into portfolio positions across DMAS strategies.

The role involves fundamental and thematic research, portfolio construction input, and close collaboration with fixed income, alternatives, and asset allocation partners, with client engagement and thought leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in equity portfolio management and investment decision making.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the management of equity allocations across DMAS portfolios.
• Generate and implement high-conviction equity ideas based on fundamental and thematic research.
• Participate in portfolio construction discussions, security selection, sizing, and risk management.
• Support tactical equity allocation decisions and cross-asset positioning.
• Develop and articulate investment theses and portfolio recommendations for clients and distribution teams.
