What We Expect from You:

• 1+ years in a lead generation or outbound sales role (DMs, cold calls, emails, social outreach) or a burning drive to break into tech sales
• Confidence in prospecting and engaging potential clients via DMs, social media, cold outreach, and email
• Ability to qualify leads and warm them up for the sales team
• A self-motivated, relentless mindset with a passion for personal and professional growth
• Comfort working independently and hitting daily outreach targets
• Willingness to collaborate closely with the sales team on strategic outreach and pipeline building
