Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an engineer to implement compiler verification software and related infrastructure for AI workloads. You will solve critical problems alongside a diverse team in GPU computing and systems software.

The role involves developing components for reasoning about correctness, validating optimizations, and extending test generation systems. Strong debugging skills and experience in Python or C++ are required.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in compiler development or DL systems.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ and experience with one major DL framework (e.g., PyTorch, JAX/XLA, TensorRT).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; analyze model behavior and compiler output.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems to reason about correctness in deep learning compilers.
• Analyze and validate optimizations like graph rewrites and fusion passes.
• Implement and extend test generation systems exploring model topologies and precision modes.
• Improve measures of functional quality and performance as models and hardware evolve.
